Next, take the 2nd Tier assembly and insert the mounting attachment into the tubing of the stand. 3. Use the 2" inch tightening knob on the 2nd tier unit to securely lock the 2nd tier into place on your stand. 4. Insert the telescoping stabilizer bar into the provided holes on the 2nd Tier unit and tighten the knobs to lock the bar in place.
